If I were not a Realtor I would be: A non-profit to help people in need. I am currently fortunate enough to be able to align both passions (Realtor and working with non-profits), as I currently serve as the Chair of our Community Outreach Committee. I truly enjoy the projects, events and charity collections that we have completed over the years, knowing that we are able to have a part in providing community benefits to our region.
I cannot live without: My family… my wife Robyn, daughter Dakota and son Bryce. My family is my EVERYTHING and the One Thing that drives me in life.
My Favorite Local Hot Spot: Perhaps, my favorite spot would be anywhere that I can enjoy the company of friends and family. I really enjoy being outdoors and luckily, there are so many parks and hiking trails around. The local restaurant/brewery/winery/distillery scene offers amazing options and live music, which I love. Of course, there’s Penn State University and all that it brings to the area – from the fun sporting events and venues to live shows and theater. With so much that the area offers and so many great places, it’s so hard to choose just one.
My Non-Profit choice is: Being the current Chair of our Community Outreach Committee at KWAR, it’s hard to choose just one non-profit as my favorite. Over the years, we’ve helped so many! Of those, I would say that The Jared Box Project is one that is at the top of my list. It truly is amazing to be able to be a part of each non-profit that we work with, and it’s wonderful to be able to give back and help so many!
Music that pumps me up: I’m a fan of many genres of music. I really enjoy live, local music. Some of the bands that I like are a little less mainstream, such as The Clarks, OAR, Stroke 9, Guster, Matt Nathanson, and Howie Day, but I’m also a fan of the Counting Crows and the Dave Matthews Band. A favorite local band that is always a lot of fun to see is Hops and Vines.

It’s time to experience his definition of today's real estate.

In addition to being a Realtor, Bob is also a loving husband to his wife, Robyn, and proud father to his daughter, Dakota, and son, Bryce. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and also being involved in many activities such as gardening, camping, running, hiking, snowboarding, going to the gym, and anything outdoors.

Bob believes, “We all need help at some point in life, and each one of us has something valuable to offer, whether it’s a monetary donation, a skill that we can provide, a helping hand or friendly ear to lend, or even just a smile to help brighten someone’s day. You never know what someone may be going through at any time in life. We should never get tired of helping others, and we should always remember that kindness is never wasted.”
