After living in the central Pennsylvania area for over a decade, Lance has developed both an affinity for the area, and a passion for real estate. He wants his clients to know that handling their transaction properly and delicately is of utmost importance. Regardless of the clients' familiarity with the industry, Lance aims to make the process work seamlessly and free of stress. Lance lives by the phrase ‘treat others how you would like to be treated,’ and conducts business accordingly. Lance’s clients can call him any day of the week, day or night, if for nothing else but an update and peace of mind. Lance works diligently to keep his clients informed every step of the process to ensure his clients feel in control of the transaction at all times. He looks forward to his clients having a positive experience working with him.

During Lance’s college years, he gained an interest for both psychology and business, real estate specifically. His experience as a student-athlete at Penn State has allowed Lance to travel the country, as well as meet individuals who have taught him valuable lessons. These interests have pushed him to obtain his Pennsylvania Real Estate License and begin working with Keller Williams Realty after spending his summer interning with a local title company. Additionally, he captains and competes for the Penn State Track & Field Team and was an Academic All-Big Ten selection and NCAA championship qualifier. While not competing or studying, you can likely find Lance spending time with his family in the northeast region of the country. Lance’s father and uncle are alumni of Penn State, former Academic All-Americans, and members of Penn State Football’s 82’ and 86’ National Championship Teams. Additionally, Lance’s father went on to maintain a lengthy career in the NFL. If Lance is not spending time with his family in the north, he is likely in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL where much of his extended family is located and where the weather is much warmer. Lance enjoys skiing, spending time with his puppy, and taking trips with his family.
