Sam is a long time resident of State College and attended Penn State University where she regularly made the Dean’s List. She graduated with a B.S. in Recreation Park and Tourism Management, with a focus in Commercial Recreation and Tourism and a minor in Sports Studies. While in school, she worked at the Village of Penn State where she provided service and care to the elderly. After her time working there, she began employment with the Arc of Centre County where she worked with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Upon graduation, Sam found her passion for real estate and obtained her license to practice full-time. Sam played ice hockey for the majority of her life and is a huge Penguins fan. She currently resides in West Decatur and enjoys working out, being outside, and spending time with her dog.
