I am a real estate professional with 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, estates, investment properties and property management.  I have spent many years serving the public in retail and restaurant settings, which has helped me to develop and provide the best possible assistance to every one of my clients.

I am a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Management. I am a certified realtor with National Association of Realtors and a Certified Probate Expert. I am also certified in VA Loan services, and I also specializes in short sales, REO’s and divorce listings. I have also developed two books on the subject of divorce and inherited listings.

I handle all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial consultation through closing. I prepares CMA’s, customized marketing plans for each individual property to obtain maximum sales price.

I have called Central PA his home for the last 16 years. I have been married to my wife Kim for 30 years and have 3 children. My oldest Gavin is in the Air Force. My daughter Olivia is living and working in New York City and my youngest Nathan is a Senior at The Penn State University. I enjoys family time, the outdoors, soccer, and golf.  

I am also a member of The Central PA Amateur Players Golf Tour.  It allows its members to play golf at the highest level and to compete for local and National prizes and recognition.
