Mike has a strong construction background. He worked for a local homebuilder where he designed their clients custom homes. He focused on residential projects from an architectural position while coordinating and implementing electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines. After that, he moved into commercial real estate at PSU working on their in-house design team. When he was ready for the next challenge he moved into a new role on the construction side where he handles working with clients one on one throughout campus handling their project management and estimating needs. If that wasn’t impressive enough, he has two college degrees one in engineering and the other in fitness management.

Mike uses his vast experience and knowledge to help buyer clients see the homes they tour in a different way. His keen eye for construction and detail makes him a strong ally for clients. This can be during home inspections,  finding red flags at a showing, or working with custom builders during the design and or construction phase. Mike loves helping buyers learn about all the moving parts of homeownership and is always giving his clients great advice before, during, and after closing!

Personally, Mike loves to stay fit and active so he is always working out, walking their two dogs, running, or doing something outdoors.  He is usually the one friends and family call when they need something moved! Most importantly of course, he spends lots of time with his wife and family.
