Sullivan County School District
The entire Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, is served by the Sullivan County School District, a rural public school district. The district runs the Sullivan County Elementary School K–6 as well as the Sullivan County High School grades 7–12. It covers an area of about 479 square miles.
Sullivan County Elementary School and Sullivan County Junior Senior High School are the two institutions run by the Sullivan County School District.
Students from Sullivan County Junior and Senior High Schools have the option of attending Northern Tier Career Center to receive training in the mechanical and construction trades. The district receives a wide range of services from the BLaST Intermediate Unit IU17, including services for hearing, speech, and visual impairments, specialized education for students with disabilities, and professional development for staff and faculty.
