An ALL SEASON retreat for recreational use only on paved township road in Knox Township, Clearfield, PA! Just south of Curewnsville Lake Recreational area and close to State Game Land #120 and Prince Gallitzin State Park. Stick built-camp on full walk-out basement, electric, water, septic holding tank, and enough TV signal reception to enjoy some sports, but not enough to distract from the tranquility of a beautiful rural setting. There is propane heat on both floors plus Alaska Stove wood burner in lower level. A 4th bedroom was used in lower level with living area, and walk-out basement to back yard. Nice kitchen area with butcher block counter, propane range, refrigerator, microwave, and some furnishings included (see additional docs). Plenty of habitat to watch animal behaviors and movement on your own 4.69 acres. Access from Oak Ridge as well as off Rea's Lane.
