After moving to State College to obtain her degree in marketing, Cheyenne quickly fell in love with everything Happy Valley had to offer. She has found her passion working in real estate as it has allowed her to help clients discover and experience how amazing the area truly is. When she's not working, you can find her grabbing coffee at Bonfatto's, sipping on a drink at Big Spring Spirits, or at Beaver Stadium on game days! She is extremely excited to be a part of the Rutter Home Sales Team and looks forward to helping people find a piece of Happy Valley to call their own. She is, by nature, someone who finds happiness in helping others!
